Girls and Boys Competitive Teams!

Henderson's Gymnastics Academy, offers several Competitive Girls Team Programs La Gymnastique as well as Boys Team Programs The Eagles;
these are the most competitive groups and train for all levels of gymnastic competition.  We also have several pre-team levels for girls and boys with outstanding potential. All of these levels are formed by invitation, coach recommendation, and try-out only.  See your coach or Annmarie if you believe you qualify

Henderson's Gymnastics Academy, also trains USAIGC Teams for gymnasts who want some competitive experience but not the full training program of La Gymnastique and the pre-team.  This program is beyond class level yet not as demanding as the full team program. The girls in this program learn all of the basics just as our pre-team but they learn optional skills much earlier as that is what the division calls for.
