The NJ Heat staff along with Henderson's staff are dedicated to instruct and train our athletes to excel in the sport of competitive cheerleading.
NJ Heat is a proud member of the USASF and our cheer coaches are USASF certified for all levels. Our program directors are also NCSSE members with master course certifications.
Our goal, both individually and through teamwork, is to gain physical fitness in a safe environment, to build self esteem and self-confidence as well as trust in each other, to instill good sportsmanship in our participants and most importantly, to have fun.
